To do this you need the Bible, the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the body of Christ – the believers.
The problem is that sometimes we learn “religion” from people with good intentions, but the end result of teaching them is that you end up farther away from God than you were when you first started, and you become more distant from the body of Christ – the believers.
God wants us to be close to Him, and to be united with the body of Christ. We believe that if we go to the scriptures in a spirit of prayer together, then God will guide us. Additionally, some of the guidance from mature believers can be of great help as we explore the Bible.
